Question 1: Your store claims to have US$10,000,000 worth of inventory and 3,000 Sqm. Shopping Area, I don't see that much on the web?

Answer: This figures are correct. Period. Extraordinary claim needs extraordinay proof. You need to see it yourself at our store. Only the limited number of fashion accessories can be shown on our website. It's time consuming and painstakingly difficult to show to you all we have in stock. Fashion items come and they go. Any update will not be enough. However, we display only the best selling items. Only the star items worth mentioning about are what you see.

Question 2: What's the minimum amount I can order from the website

Answer: in the past two years, there was no limits. It caused our store and customers painful experience. Stated in the question No.1. Fashion comes and goes. Even us, we cannot afford to have everything our customers want at once. Re-order is very difficult since the fashion trend has passed.

A minimum B20,000 (Thai Baht)- equvalent to USD 500 is required. Discount is given automatically. However please choose items worth more than this B20,000. Some time stock shortage occurs, we can still fill in your order with extra items you have chosen.

Question 4: How will my order be processed

Answer: When you finished your shopping session with us. Our staff is ready to start your order.

- Prepaing the chosen items
- Counting the quantity
- Making the Bill
- Packaging your goods (some items wrapped with bubble package, and later put in corrugated box)
- Calculating the cost of shipping (Based on your requested methods)
- Our staff will then notify you of the total amount and our Bank account number
- You simply wire in money into our store bank account, faxing in the Bank Slip.
- We ship the goods right away.

Question 5: I want to ship my good back home by cargos?

Answer: There are many reliable cargo companies we are currently working with locally. But only the chosen ones we recommend to our customers from abroad.
